It was all a little too sudden even though enough hints were given to figure out that our beloved couple, Zayn and Gigi, has broken up. During the late hours of 13th March Zayn and Gigi officially informed through Twitter that the couple is no more together. However, they have promised to stay and support each other during hard times.
Zayn and Gigi unfollowed each other and the former One Direction member started following Demi Lovato, who had earlier body-shamed Gigi Hadid. Also, they weren't seen together recently and all of Zayn's up-close, heavily filtered pictures must've given enough hints that something was DEFINITELY wrong.This news surely did leave many "ZIGI" fans heartbroken, but I believe that they have done what they thought was best for themselves and for their career. As long as they're happy, we shouldn't be upset.
This announcement was extremely disturbing and all the supporters and fans were left speechless. The love between them was real, there were even rumors of Zayn proposing to supermodel, Gigi Hadid!
These two years of their relationship, it isn't only the couple who cherished it but also the public. Even though Zayn has always been a reserved person, the PDA between them was MAJOR. Here's a small timeline of "ZIGI" and other moments that we loved:-

Yes, there was a short period of time where they broke up. It's unknown to a lot of people. However three days later, the model wore the same necklace with Zayn's initial on it, assuring that everything is fine between them.
I secretly hope they get back soon like they did that time 😢😢

On 13th of March, the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram and after a while, Zayn made their breakup official by posting a short note on Twitter. Moments after which even Gigi uploaded a confirmation note. The words written in both explained that they had had a wonderful relationship, and will always support and respect each other in the coming times.
